  • Experience
  • Expertise
  • Involvement
  • Innovation
  • Excellence
  • Ethics

Experience only comes with years of active service. Frank has been on the ground in the West since 1959.

Expertise is the sum of experience and education. As his experience grew, Frank topped up his education. He graduated as a qualified valuer in 1966 and was immediately invited to lecture in the subject in 1967 at RMIT. He became chairman of the Board of Examiners for what is now the Australian Property Institute. Frank encourages his team to continue their studies to add to their expertise so that the level of service and advice they provide to the public is accurate and second to none.

Involvement in the community, involvement in the industry. Frank has left an indelible mark on both. He has been president of the Rotary Club of Footscray, a board member of the Footscray Society for the Aged and a council member of what is now Victoria University. For years Frank was a major sponsor of pro-am days at Medway Golf Club. The nursing home in Mephan Street, Footscray was a major project that Frank helped steer through during his membership on the Board of Directors.

For twenty years Frank served on the board of REIV and he was appointed to the Estate Agents Board by the Victorian Attorney General and became its vice-chairman when it was reconstituted as the Estate Agents Council in 1995.

Innovation is a measure of the ability to anticipate change. Whether it be advancing qualifications in the industry, participating in major local developments, or putting his business online, Frank has kept ahead of changes.

Excellence comes from a sustained commitment to improvement. The West continues to reinvent itself and Frank Trimboli Real Estate has done the same to keep ahead of the game.

Ethics is critical in an industry built on most people’s biggest asset – their property. Too much is at stake to let people down. It was no accident that Frank was appointed to the Estate Agents Board to supervise licensing and discipline within the industry. Frank Trimboli has built a lifetime’s reputation on trust and respect.

Experienced in selling all types of property across the City of Maribyrnong, John has spent all his working life as an agent with Frank Trimboli Real Estate since he got his start in 1991.

Expert in sales and fully licensed since 2002, John gives nothing less than 100%, whether it is a small one-bedroom flat in Sunshine or a three-storey office building in Footscray.

Cross cultural links are vital for business in such an ethnically diverse area. John believes the values he has from his Italian background are similar to those of many other cultures. From them he understands the need for confidentiality, respect and trust as the basis for business and friendships.

Industry links are beneficial in an area that is alive with construction.

Results aren’t only measured in dollars, but it’s hard to go past the $80 million worth of property John has brought to the business since starting his career back in 1991.
